Standard Shipping
For orders under $50, flat rate $6.95 per order within the contiguous United States and combined package dimensions of less than 72". Surcharge applies to any product over 72”. Your order will ship United States Postal Service or UPS and should arrive within two to six business days depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping
USPS Priority Mail: $9.95
UPS Two-Day: $26.95
UPS Overnight: $39.95
Not available for oversized packages or to Canada.

Standard Shipping
Flat rate of $16.95 per order with combined package dimensions of less than 72". Surcharge applies to any product over 72".

Duties, Tariffs, and Fees
Orders with a merchandise total of $20 US or less are duty-free.

For orders over $20, Canada charges customs duties, tariffs, and fees, which are usually payable upon delivery of your order. Taxes are generally about 8-15% (depending on the province destination). A $5 handling fee is also added when an item is taxed. When taxes are charged, Customs sticks a taxes-owing form on the box and the box is held by the Post Office as a COD. Recipient pays the tax/handling when the package is retrieved. You are entirely responsible for such charges, which can be costly. Contact your local Post Office or Customs Authorities for information about their policies. We do not give refunds on any items purchased or shipping and handling charges if you refuse to pay duties, tariffs, or other fees.

Repairs

Customer responsible for shipping charges both ways on any repairs less than $100.00 BlindSaver ATX will cover return ground shipping on any repairs over $100.00 within the contiguous United States.  Customer responsible for any additional handling fees and rural fees.  Blindsaveratx will insure your package for $100.00 maximum customer responsible for any additional insurance required.  Return free freight does not apply to oversized blinds or shades exceeding UPS maximum combined width of 108”.

We would recommend UPS for any repairs and for any parts sending in to us or sending back US mail would be most cost effective. You can print shipping labels online at UPS.com or USPS.com or take them to your nearest UPS Store or Post Office. Please remember to insure your product for its full value.
